The Website, its structure and all its content (text, photographs, visuals, logos, graphic design, software, databases) are the property of BEAUTYSWAPP or are used with the permission of their owners. Photographs and descriptions in listings remain the property of the members who publish them, subject to the licence granted to BEAUTYSWAPP under the Terms of Use.
The "BeautySwapp" trade mark has been filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) under number 5276851.
The trade marks of products offered for sale belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned on the Website solely to identify the products being resold and do not imply any partnership with, or authorisation from, those owners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or use of all or part of the Website, by any means, without the prior written consent of BEAUTYSWAPP is prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Website and its content management system (Strapi) run on a virtual private server (VPS) rented from Hostinger. The beautyswapp.com domain name is registered with OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
Nature of the service
BeautySwapp is an online marketplace connecting private individuals who wish to buy and sell pre-loved cosmetics and beauty products. Listings are published on the Website after review by the BeautySwapp team; products are submitted and sellers are contacted via WhatsApp, and payment is secured by Stripe. BEAUTYSWAPP acts as an intermediary: it neither sells nor buys the products offered, and sales contracts are entered into directly between sellers and buyers. The terms of use and sale are set out in the Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale, available from every page of the Website.
Reporting illegal content and points of contact
BeautySwapp hosts listings published by its members. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act — DSA), anyone may report content they consider illegal (counterfeits, dangerous or prohibited products, infringement of third-party rights, etc.):
