What is a "pre-loved" product?+
A product that has already had a first life with someone else—whether brand new and sealed, swatched just once, or a perfume that is more than 75% full. It gets a second life instead of ending up in the trash. We call it "pre-loved," never "second-hand."
How do I know the product isn't expired or counterfeit?+
Every listing undergoes a two-step check: batch code analysis (manufacturing date, batch number, remaining shelf life) and expert verification before going live. The expiration date is displayed on every product page. Not up to standard? You get a refund.
Which products are accepted?+
Anhydrous makeup swatched a maximum of once (blush, powders, palettes), all new and sealed products, and perfumes with at least 75% remaining. Any opened product containing water or coming into contact with mucous membranes is refused, without exception. Details are in the Guide.
How do I pay?+
Secure payment via PayPal. Funds are released to the seller once the package has been delivered and verified as compliant. No payments outside the platform—ever.
How do I sell my products?+
Just a few photos per product (front view, product opened if unsealed, underside showing the batch code, and the ingredient list)—our AI writes your listing, you confirm the price, an expert reviews it within 24 hours, and the listing goes live in the Monday drop. It all starts on the Sell page.
